Potential Government Shutdown Update – October 2, 2023

The expected federal government shutdown on October 1, 2023 was averted when Congress passed a stopgap bill. The President signed the legislation just before midnight on Saturday.

The NCBFAA advised that this stopgap is “temporary” and will last until mid-November.
