To perform an entry on a general shipment, the basic Customs broker document requirements are:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading/Air Waybill
- ISF Form
Certain Shipments require other documentation, such as:
Blue Fin Tuna

- NOAA Form 370
- Other information on importing tuna
- International Trade Permit for Seafood Products

- USDA Import Permit – Apply for an e-authentication account, then apply for the USDA Permit 587 to Import Plant or Plant Products.
