The current volume increase and vessel delays are exacerbating the chassis shortage in the port further delaying availability of many containers. Vessel and container tracking via Carriers, Co-loaders, and Terminal websites are changing on a daily and sometimes hourly basis creating a very challenging situation for scheduling.
