DSP 2031 Shrimp Form

To our Customers,

If you are importing Shrimp, please make sure to notify your shippers and exporters to use the current version of the DSP-2031 form. The previous version has been expired and U.S. Customs Border and Protection has been rejecting entries if the form submitted is expired.
