USDA Update on Organic Imports: NOP GLOBAL INTEGRITY Intermittent Outages System May Be Temporarily Unavailable

To our organic importers,

Please read the following information sent today by USDA on issuance of electronic NOP certificates. Please communicate with your exporters and their certifiers to avoid delay on processing clearance of your shipments containing organic products. Without the NOP certificate, we are unable to transmit the entry to CBP.

The GLOBAL INTEGRITY (the entire Organic Integrity Database system and its modules) website may be unavailable for use due to unplanned, intermittent network disruptions.
Technicians are actively working to resolve the issue and restore the network to normal operations as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this service outage causes and will update you as information becomes available.
For USDA-accredited and trade partner certifiers that need to issue NOP Import Certificates during this outage period, please see the Continuity of Operations Plan for specific information on issuing import certificates.
